How to Join

The focus of IDPE’s activities is to provide a support network for experienced practitioners and those who are new to the profession.

There are three types of Membership, individual or institutional, both of which apply to educational establishments and Corporate for non educational establishments. Read on to find out which type of membership best suits your requirements:

Individual - £95.00 per annum
Those working in qualifying educational institutions* whose direct responsibilities include development, fundraising and/or alumni relations. Individual membership is non-transferable, whether the subscription is paid by the employing institution or the individual. The member has a vote at general meetings and is eligible to stand as a Trustee.

Institutional - £180.00 per annum
Available to qualifying educational institutions*. Each institution nominates one representative, and this individual has a vote at general meetings and is eligible to stand as a Trustee. Each institution can chosse to include multiple representatives who may benefit from IDPE communications and attending IDPE events.

Corporate - £180.00 per annum
Available to commercial organisations ( sole traders, partnerships, private or public limited companies) which provide any service of relevance to the development profession. Corporate members do not have voting rights at general meetings and cannot stand as Trustees. Corporate members can chosse to include multiple representatives who may benefit from IDPE communications and attending IDPE fevents. .

*Qualifying institutions include schools, colleges and universities in the UK and overseas, as well as other charitable organisations engaged in educational activity, such as arts organisations and museums.
