The IDPE Essential Development Toolkit Seminar sets out the nuts and bolts of how to run a professional Development Office. This one day Seminar is delivered by highly experienced Development Directors, who will provide basic guidelines as well as top tips and personal anecdotes during the course of the day. It is aimed at:
- Development professionals who are relatively new to the field of Development (working in schools' Development for one year or less)
- Heads, Bursars and Governors thinking about starting a Development Office or getting more involved in their existing one
